सहायक निदेशक (राजभाषा) के पदों पर प्रतिनियुक्तियों पर स्टे संबंधी court case में माननीय कैट द्वारा विभाग को दिनांक 20 जुलाई 2016 तक जवाब प्रस्तुत करने के लिए समय दिया है।

GOOD NEWS! The HOn'ble CAT bench of Bengaluru vide its verdict on 6.02.2017 has directed the Dept to implement the prayers mentioned in the representations filed by the ASsociation within two months. This includes preparation of seniority list, promotions etc. Yet to receive the copy. Also had discussions with the Member P &V who has asked us to give a copy of the same to Board Office for implementaion and a copy to the Cadre Controlling Authority at Bangalore . Hoping all the best for all the members. Seeking your co-operation and membershipfee of Rs. 1200/- from each individual of O.L. Stream without fail. Thanking all members who have contributed so far.
