Filling of OA No.170/00551/2016 in CAT, Banglore

                    An Original Application (OA) No.170/00551/2016 filed in CAT, Banglore challenging  RRs and getting stay on Advt. regarding filling up of post of Assistant Directors (OL) on deputation basis. 

The case was filed on 04 May, 2016 before Hon'ble  CAT, Banglore and the STAY was grated. Further, the case listed on 03 June, 2016 and the respondents were asked to file their reply by 21 June, 2016. The copy of important contents of Stay Order is as follows:
